Low Ping Server Finder (Actually works)

What this script does is that it searches low ping servers for you if you are on high ping servers, you can change settings like how much ping you want to have on the server it will search for (may be not accurate because of variation) and more, u can see on the code for yourself, it works but some times may not be accurate.
