Thanks for your comment (it's the first useful one). There is already an entity notifier in the "Visuals" tab next to the ESP section, and there is also a system that automatically picks up items when you drop them (which I find a bit annoying); the only item I know of that doesn't get picked up automatically is the paper airplane from "The Files" script, since I felt picking up the planes was pointless. As for infinite items, I don't know how to do that or if it's even possible.
