The server pays the full 300,000 every single time, with no check that the job was ever entered, unlocked, or already claimed.

There is no ceiling on this. The counter on screen is not a local display: it adds up the reward values the server itself sends back. With the speed slider raised, it sustains over a billion in-game cash per minute — for reference, the largest paid product in the game, Vault of Cash, grants 100,000 for 400 Robux.
