Jacob's Hub Skin Changer for RIVALS lets you browse more than 400 real weapon skins in a searchable gallery with large previews. Search for a weapon, click a skin, and the script remembers your choice for that weapon. Owned skins use the game's normal equip system. Unowned skins are visual previews on your own client; they do not unlock your account or show for other players. The skin view can refresh during matches when you change weapons.
Insert or Right Shift toggles the UI. Use Unload Script in Misc to stop the script. A key is required.
