LessCooldown gui fixed again

be able to have lower cooldowns then og, mobile support buttons, be able to view your own cooldowns i made, you can stack moves on upon eachother tech no endlag, some moves can be used with all characters like noil nova. also be able to delete the guis to be able to use the main keybinds.
