some things like auto fight auto list & snipe etc are experimental right now

added territory scout (auto attack districts with no garrison, auto attack beatable defenders)
added activity overlay (scouting, fighting and territory alerts)

made auto fight & auto attack war enemies significantly more accurate (now scouts first and keeps scouted players / past players on file along with taking gear & stats into account)
