not really sure if it works but it worked for me earlier, there is admins on usually so i did get wiped is probably the reason but.

make sure to go to the popguys guy then get the order from the Restaurant then execute, finally deliver it and it should work.

If it does not work then im not sure as it worked for me earlier.
